Within the framework of the pilot experience of secondary vocational education, launched by the Ministry of Education and regulated by Administrative Rule no. 276/2013, of 23rd August and, later by Administrative Rule no. 341/2015, of 9 October, IDESCOM, as part of its activity as a consultant for educational projects, promoted and guided the development of qualifying courses, concretized in a partnership system between companies and public education institutions.


IDESCOM has been developing since 2013, professional and vocational projects with PT/MEO,  ALSTOM/GE and EDP Distribuição.


This project has been created by IDESCOM in partnership with EDP Distribuição to improve collaborative work amongst the schools that develop  Electric Network Technician courses.



IDESCOM promotes, develops and manages projects associated with the creation and setup of corporate training academies associated to working companies.


IDESCOMlab works as a lab for the fulfilment of collaborative projects, that have as a goal the inclusion of individuals in active professional life.


DRIVES is an European Comission project that aims to create skilled labour for the automotive sector, it has a four million euros budget to be developed in the next four years. IDESCOM has to assure the interface  between public and private entities.
